Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel focused on securities regulation and corporate governance to join our solutions-oriented legal team.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will advise on capital markets, SEC filings, and corporate governance while serving as the principal day-to-day legal advisor to Finance, Treasury, and Tax. Based at our Wilmington, Delaware headquarters, you will interact with senior leadership and manage complex matters.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of federal and state securities laws and corporate law.
• Experience drafting/reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support focusing on SEC compliance and governance.
• Prepare/review SEC filings and public disclosures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impacts.
• Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and compliance.
