Qualifications

• 5–8 years of law experience, preferably in a top-tier law firm or public company.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong background in SEC reporting and public company operations.

• Oversee entity formation, governance, and compliance.
• Assist in preparation and review of public filings and disclosures.
