Job summary

Aggreko, LLC in Stamford, CT seeks Associate General Counsel for the IPP division to provide strategic legal support across North American IPP operations, align contracts with commercial goals, and mitigate risk.

You will draft and review PPAs, EPCs, NDAs, land leases; manage outside counsel, budgets, and governance programs; mentor colleagues on legal developments; coordinate with compliance and finance teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school and admission to the bar in at least one US state.
• 6–10+ years of experience in complex commercial law, with focus on microgrid, data center development, and related financing structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support to the NA IPP operations leadership.
• Draft and review commercial contracts including PPAs, EPCs, NDAs, land leases, LOIs, MOUs, and vendor agreements.
• Manage outside counsel, budgets and relationships; oversee governance, ethics, and compliance programs.
