Job summary

Enfinity Global seeks an experienced Associate General Counsel, Americas to provide legal leadership across the Americas for our renewable energy developer and IPP business. This generalist role starts with land acquisition and expands to strategy, negotiation, and execution of key commercial contracts across our renewable energy portfolio in the Americas.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active license to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7-12 years of legal experience, with significant real estate/infrastructure exposure.
• Experience in renewable energy infrastructure, project finance, M&A and project contracts preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation experience in real estate, financing, M&A, EPC and supply.
• Experience managing junior counsel or paralegals in contract tracking and compliance.
• Comfortable in a lean legal environment with high ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior legal advisor on strategy, risk mitigation, and commercial decisions.
• Lead land acquisition from option agreements through interconnection, permitting, and construction readiness.
• Handle project contracts and financing, including EPC, O&M, and vendor arrangements; tax equity and debt as needed.
• Support M&A transactions with due diligence, document drafting and negotiations.
• Partner with development, finance, procurement, and asset management across the lifecycle.
• Develop compliance tracking matrices and ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
