Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar in good standing.
• 15–20 years of legal experience in regulated environments.
• Deep experience in insurance regulation and/or federal securities law.
• Background in public company advisory or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance on insurance and market conduct.
• Advise on SEC requirements and public company reporting obligations.
• Support board governance, materials, and records; assist secretary on governance matters.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scale the legal function.
