Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Three years of work experience; nonprofit or foundation exposure is a plus.
• Experience developing curricula and learning tools and facilitating workshops is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished remote and in‑person sessions for foundation staff and leaders.
• Co‑facilitate learning sessions and manage session logistics.
• Apply CEP research and trends to CLI offerings and materials.
• Create tools and activities that enhance participant learning and engagement.
• Coordinate with team on communications, registration, and follow‑ups.
• Lead feedback systems and analyze participant responses for improvement.
• Collaborate on cross‑team projects and maintain CEP knowledge base.
