Job summary

The Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) is seeking a Manager to lead the Assessment and Advisory Services team in Cambridge, MA. The role partners with foundation clients to design, implement, and present data-driven assessments, guiding major funders toward informed decisions.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will supervise research analysts, develop new business opportunities, and help shape CEP's advisory services while representing CEP at conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in consulting and/or foundation work.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships with deliverables and presentations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to interact with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client engagements and present results to clients.
• Develop new business for CEP’s Assessment and Advisory Services.
• Supervise research analysts and foster a high-performance team.
• Represent CEP at conferences and meetings.
