The Aspen Institute is seeking an Associate Director, Executive Learning Design to advance executive education for the Education & Society Program. This senior role bridges organizational strategy, policy insight, and transformative cohort experiences for national education leaders.

You will design multi-year curricula for large-district networks, curate faculty, and guide on-site executive convenings, balancing empirical evidence with candid dialogue to advance equity and excellence in

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership designing experiential, action-oriented learning arcs, executive seminars, or leadership networks for high-level public-sector officials.
• Advanced dialogic pedagogy and executive inquiry experience.
• Deep familiarity with K–12 public education governance, policy dynamics, and equity considerations.
• Exceptional written communication and briefing memo drafting under deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and deliverables.

• Be a core member of the ESP Executive Leadership Team, shaping priorities and organizational health.
• Contribute to program strategy, portfolio expansion, and new initiative incubation with learning design at the center.
• Collaborate across Aspen divisions to share best practices and scale impact.
