Job summary

Whitley Penn, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm, seeks a Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services (FLVS) Senior Associate in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role involves forensic accounting, valuation engagements, and litigation support for complex financial matters.

The Senior Associate will coordinate with Directors, prepare reports and trial-ready materials, and mentor analysts while contributing to business development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA a plus.
• Advanced degree in related field is a plus.
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation engagements.
• Communicate with Directors on case directions and assist in strategic recommendations.
• Assist in delivering complete reports with supporting documents to the Managing Director.
• Prepare the testifying expert for meetings, depositions, and trials with organized files and exhibits.
• Develop internal/external network through networking and training events.
• Manage projects by setting objectives and delegating tasks to meet timelines.
• Lead departmental training for analysts and foster continuous improvement.
