Whitley Penn, one of the nation’s leading audit, tax, and advisory firms, is seeking a Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services (FLVS) Senior Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The FLVS department offers a full range of litigation support services including tracing and characterization of marital property, business valuations, damages, and lost profits calculations.

We offer an on-site role with standard hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA is preferred.
• Advanced degree in related field is a plus.
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation engagements.
• Communicate with Directors on case directions and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in delivering complete reports with supporting documents to the Managing Director.
• Prepare testifying expert for client meetings, depositions and trials with organized files.
• Develop internal and external networks, and participate in marketing and training events.
• Manage projects by setting objectives and meeting deadlines.
• Lead departmental training for analysts and foster continuous learning.
• Review Associates' work and provide corrective feedback as needed.
• Review schedules for accuracy and ensure timely completion of staff work.
• Assist in recruiting and developing training materials for professional programs.
