Job summary

Whitley Penn, one of the nation’s leading audit, tax, and advisory firms, is seeking a Managing Director for Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services in Fort Worth, TX. You will direct client assignments and collaborate with outside counsel to ensure superior service and outcomes.

The FLVS Managing Director will lead forensic accounting, valuations, marital property issues, and damages calculations, while mentoring staff and expanding business opportunities in a dynamic, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in litigation/expert services and damages calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct forensic accounting, litigation support and valuation engagements.
• Identify issues and advise on case direction.
• Deliver complete reports with supporting documents.
• Prepare testifying expert for depositions and trials.
• Develop internal/external networks and participate in marketing events.
• Lead departmental training and mentor associates.
• Review work of Associates and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in recruiting and developing training materials.
