Whitley Penn seeks a Managing Director for Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services in Fort Worth, TX. Lead engagements related to marital property, damages, and complex financial matters; coordinate with outside counsel to implement strategy and ensure high-quality results.

You will direct client assignments, supervise staff, and develop business opportunities while maintaining rigorous professional standards in a fast-growing firm positioned for high-impact advisory work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting/finance leadership, preferably in consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA licensed or advanced degree is a plus.
• Broad experience in litigation/expert services and damages calculations.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven project management and business development abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and uphold ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct forensic accounting, litigation support and valuations for divorce-related issues.
• Identify issues, advise on direction, and make strategic recommendations.
• Deliver complete reports with supporting documents for attorneys/clients.
• Prepare testifying experts for depositions and trials with organized files.
• Engage in business development and networking to expand the practice.
• Lead departmental training and foster continuous improvement.
• Review Associates' work and provide corrective feedback.
• Review schedules for accuracy and ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist in recruiting and developing training materials; act as instructor.
