Job summary

Whitley Penn, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm, seeks a FLVS Director to lead forensic, litigation, and valuation engagements in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role directs teams, coordinates with outside counsel, and ensures high-quality client service while driving business development in a fast-growing firm.

The position requires 5+ years in accounting/finance with leadership, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and a CPA or advanced degree being a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA or advanced degree a plus
• Broad background in litigation/expert services and damages calculations
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software

Responsibilities

• Direct forensic accounting, litigation support and valuation engagements
• Communicate with Managing Directors and provide strategic case direction
• Deliver complete reports with supporting documents
• Prepare testifying expert for depositions and trials
• Lead business development and networking activities
• Supervise and train associates; review work for accuracy
• Support recruiting and training material development
