Job summary

RSM is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Associate in Finance Performance to advise clients on finance function optimization and operating model design. You will work across industries, delivering engagements with a focus on process improvement, digital delivery, and value creation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply data-analytics tools like PowerBI/Tableau, and contribute to project lifecycle from scoping to delivery, while developing junior staff and expanding client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in a large organization, professional services firm, or CPA firm.
• Knowledge of advising Finance organizations on business processes.
• Experience in Finance Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Shared Services, or Technology Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing the finance organization and target operating model.
• Demonstrate understanding of finance functions and supporting processes.
• Deliver high-quality work within timeframes, scope, and budgets.
• Leverage PowerBI/Tableau and automation tools to modernize service delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risk, and inform stakeholders.
• Participate in business development and cross-selling activities.
• Identify industry focus areas and support client targeting.
