Job summary

RSM is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Associate in Finance Performance to collaborate with clients across industries, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of engagements.

You will work with the team to enhance finance function effectiveness, leveraging PowerBI, Alteryx, and other modern tools to digitize services and improve client outcomes. The role offers growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a large organization, professional services firm or CPA firm.
• Experience advising Finance organizations on the listed processes.
• Experience in Finance Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Shared Services or Technology Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing all elements of the finance organization, including assessment, target operating model, and process improvement.
• Demonstrate understanding of finance functions and tech components like P2P, OTC, S2R, Acquire to Retire, and Forecasting/Planning.
• Deliver high-quality work within timeframes, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
• Leverage digital tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and Alteryx to modernize service delivery.
• Assist with project monitoring, risk management, and informing clients about milestones and outcomes.
• Participate in internal and external business development and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify industry focus areas and support prospect and client targeting activities.
• Mentor junior staff and provide timely feedback.
