The role emphasizes finance transformation, operating model design, and modernizing service delivery with digital tools while supporting mentoring of junior staff and client relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a large organization, professional services firm, or CPA firm.
• Experience advising Finance organizations on processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Source to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Forecasting & Planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing the finance organization through process improvement and operating model definition.
• Deliver high-quality work within scope, budgets, and client expectations.
• Support digital delivery using PowerBI, Tableau, and automation tools like Alteryx.
• Monitor project progress, manage risk, and communicate milestones to clients.
• Participate in internal and external business development and networking.
• Cross-sell firm capabilities across lines of business.
