RSM is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Associate in Finance Performance to collaborate with client teams across industries and deliver finance optimization engagements. You will contribute to target operating models, process redesign, and technology enablement while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in a large organization or professional services firm.
• Experience advising Finance organizations on finance processes.
• Experience in Finance Transformation or Business Process Improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in optimizing finance organization elements including assessment, target operating model, and process improvement.
• Demonstrate understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Source to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Forecasting & Planning.
• Deliver high-quality work within timeframes, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
• Leverage PowerBI, Tableau and automation tools to modernize service delivery.
