Qualifications

• Minimum five years of executive recruitment or search experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy or private equity is preferred.
• Strong ability to build and execute a rigorous search process.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and craft focused search strategies.
• Research markets, build candidate lists, and network with referral sources.
• Make initial contact with candidates and assess fit and motivation.
• Produce candidate profiles, search progress reports, and market insights.
• Manage multiple assignments with autonomy and timely delivery.
• Present candidates and market insights to clients and coordinate next steps.
