The best search work goes beyond building a list. It takes curiosity about a market, sound judgment about people and the drive to see complex assignments through to a great result. If that`s the part of recruitment you enjoy most, we’d like to meet you.

Our practice group is led from New York and London, with colleagues across the US, Europe and Asia.
The opportunity
This role focuses on delivering executive searches directly for infrastructure and energy investment funds, with additional exposure to portfolio company and organizational consulting assignments.
You’ll work directly with a Co-Head of the practice and alongside our Partners, with ownership of the research and candidate development process, direct interaction with clients and the scope to bring your own ideas and solutions to complex assignments.
This role is open to US-based candidates in Eastern or Central time zones, with remote or hybrid working options depending on location.
You will:
Every search is different and that`s what keeps the work interesting. When a search brief changes, a talent pool proves niche or a new approach is called for, you’ll have the chance to apply fresh thinking and help Partners shape the way forward.
What you’ll bring
You’ll typically have a minimum of five years of executive recruitment or search experience, including work in infrastructure, energy or private equity. You know how to build and execute a strong search process, and you’re confident researching specialist markets and speaking with senior professionals.
You’re analytical, organized and attentive to detail. You write clearly, assess candidates thoughtfully and build trust through responsive communication. You can work independently and take accountability for delivery, while knowing when to draw on the experience of the wider team.
Above all, you enjoy the craft of executive search. You want to deliver excellent work, deepen your knowledge of the sector and take on greater responsibility over time. As you develop, there is a path toward leading assignments, building client relationships and mentoring colleagues.
