Job summary

ShopMy is expanding in Europe and seeks a Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships to drive growth with brands and creators. You’ll work closely with our European lead to bring ShopMy to top brands and creators in the region, coordinating events, activations, and partnerships.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and independence in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, project-led roles, fashion, beauty, PR, events, or a high-growth tech company.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent project management and multi-workstream juggling skills.
• Experience planning or supporting events, activations or client-facing programs.
• Polished, warm communicator with ability to represent ShopMy in person.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run events across Europe from start to finish, including brand partner events and activations.
• Handle creator outreach, meetings, coffees and demos to move relationships forward.
• Support brand partnership meetings, prepare briefing materials, and track follow-ups.
• Track conversations, maintain records, and manage timelines and deliverables.
