Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Director, Consulting – Transformation to drive real estate transformation initiatives across portfolio strategy, workplace experience, and organizational design. The role supports complex engagements and leaders client-facing activities in a hybrid New York-based setting.

The candidate should bring 6–10 years in real estate consulting, strong data analytics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in real estate or real estate consulting with a focus on transformation strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale engagements and presenting to senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support complex consulting engagements focused on enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace transformation.
• Support presenting consulting deliverables to client executives.
• Be part of a consulting project team driving large-scale transformation programs.
• Translate strategic recommendations into practical execution plans for deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis to inform recommendations and create synthesis of results.
• Deliver day-to-day project requirements on-time with high quality.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and executive presentations.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients on tactical matters.
