Zusammenfassung

Boerhinger Ingelheim in Ridgefield, CT, seeks a Senior Associate Director, Access & Affordability programs to lead overarching strategy for patient affordability across the BI portfolio. You will work with TA leads on program development, valuation of co-pay programs, and contract strategy to ensure patient access to therapies.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, deep knowledge of payer landscapes, and ongoing engagement with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
8–10+ years of Value & Access payer/PBM/Patient assistance program experience.
Strong financial and analytical skills; US payer/managed care exposure preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Aufgaben

Lead development and assessment of patient affordability programs for BI portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with contracting and GTN strategies.
Monitor market landscape and regulatory trends affecting access & affordability.
Present findings to senior leadership and governance bodies annually.
Ensure co-pay and PBM programs are compliant and optimized.
Manage budget and program costs with analytics and insights.
