Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of Value & Access payer/payer-based experience.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Experience informing pricing and access strategies across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation of patient affordability programs for BI products.
• Manage cross-functional teams to address co-pay issues at multiple levels.
• Ensure affordability programs align with contracting strategies and GTN.
• Stay current on market trends, PBMs, and policy developments.
• Present findings and strategy to senior leadership committees.
