Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred with 3–5 years in market access, marketing, patient services or related areas.
• Ability to execute patient services strategy and affordability programs.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with operating budgets and gross-to-net discounts; strong financial acumen.
• Track record of managing external vendors.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Several years' experience with Patient Services HUBs.
• Experience with retail and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient support programs across prior authorization and financial assistance.
• Lead execution and management of patient service programs across copay, adherence and vendors.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for patient support across all vendors.
• Participate in designing innovative service offerings with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Brand and Payor teams to align patient services with objectives.
• Monitor financial performance of programs to meet company objectives.
• Develop promotional material for patient reimbursement with vendors and management of assets.
• Ensure materials and programs are compliant and approved by the promotional review committee.
