• Conduct statistical analysis and institutional research on enrollment, retention, graduation, and outcomes.
• Prepare external surveys and benchmarking reports (IPEDS, US News, ASEE, HERD, state systems).
• Produce economic impact reports for research projects and university.
• Maintain official Factbook dashboards for institutional stakeholders.
• Design and implement AI innovations in Institutional Effectiveness, including an institutional chatbot.
• Develop automated workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support accreditation activities and engage with national organizations.
