• Drive data governance with Data Cookbook and cross-department collaboration (Finance, HR, Institutional Effectiveness).
• Provide forward-thinking leadership toward analytics and BI with the specified technology stack.
• Strengthen data systems by documenting architecture, standards, and data model patterns.
• Institute controls and security measures; apply risk management for enterprise applications.
• Implement performance management strategies and monitoring for MicroStrategy, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.
• Direct the BI team; encourage ongoing professional development amid tech change.
• Collaborate with enterprise applications leadership and IST on strategic initiatives.
• Engage regularly with campus partners on analytics, data, and reporting needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and resources.
