• Developed production-grade AI agents and NLP/RAG pipelines with governance.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical modeling, ML, and predictive analytics to institutional data.
• Design and operationalize automated end-to-end ML workflows with Python, R, and DataRobot.
• Architect and deploy AI agent-based decision-support systems with LLM-powered interfaces.
• Integrate data from Banner, Slate, Common App, Workday, IPEDS, and NCES datasets.
• Write optimized SQL queries and Snowpark scripts for large-scale data extraction.
• Collaborate with Data Governance to define requirements and ensure data governance.
• Certify dashboards and metrics with proper access controls and governance.
• Develop interactive dashboards and self-service analytics using MicroStrategy and Snowflake.
• Maintain version control and model governance; coordinate via ServiceNow and Agile/SCRUM.
• Mentor graduate students and junior data scientists in AI and analytics projects.
