• Master’s degree in Financial Economics
• 2 years of experience in institutional research or related occupation
• IMPLAN Certified Economist certification required

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee SQL Server databases, ETL from Oracle Banner, and Snowflake integration.
• Conduct statistical analyses on enrollment, retention, graduation, and outcomes.
• Prepare external surveys and benchmarking reports (IPEDS, US News, HERD, etc.).
• Produce economic impact analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain official Factbook dashboards for stakeholders.
• Design and implement AI innovations in Institutional Effectiveness, incl. an institutional chatbot.
• Develop automated workflows and reporting processes across IR functions.
• Evaluate institutional processes and recommend improvements.
• Create dynamic dashboards and data visualizations for leadership.
• Support accreditation activities and align reporting with standards.
• Engage with national organizations (AIR, NJAIR) for professional advancement.
• Provide QA reviews of reports and supervise staff as needed.
• Prepare and validate data for IPEDS, NSF surveys, NCAA reporting, etc.
