Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer-facing sales experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales and support staff, including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining subordinates.
• Oversees inventory and compliance of subordinates with licensure and documentation per policy.
• Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities and cross-department collaboration.
• Interacts with vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.
