Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director Maintenance to lead maintenance for our 24x7 GMP manufacturing facility in Hopewell, NJ. You will provide technical direction, project management support, and SME expertise in facility, metrology, CMMS and equipment support, partnering with manufacturing and quality teams.

This role requires minimal supervision, strong leadership, and a proven record in GMP environments, with 8+ years in facility maintenance and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GMP facilities/maintenance support or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field with 8+ years of GMP pharma experience or Master’s with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams.
• Develop and maintain procedures, preventive maintenance plans.
• Commission, qualify and validate systems.
• Work with external partners as required.
• Manage building and facility assets and related systems.
• Respond to user input and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead fault analysis and remediation.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for projects.
