Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an Associate Director Maintenance in Hopewell, NJ to ensure a stable, GMP-compliant 24x7 manufacturing facility. You will lead Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams, develop preventive maintenance plans, qualify systems, and coordinate with manufacturing and QA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in GMP facilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, deviation and CAPA processes with documentation.
• Ability to summarize and present project information clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for responsible systems.
• Commission, qualify and validate responsible systems.
• Support operations with troubleshooting for equipment and utilities.
