Job summary

BeOne Medicines in Hopewell, NJ is seeking a highly motivated and organized engineer to join our team at the Hopewell site. The successful candidate will support a new Small Molecule manufacturing facility and ensure a stable, compliant GMP operation 24x7.

You will provide technical direction, project management support, commissioning and SME expertise for utilities and equipment, collaborating across manufacturing and quality teams and with external partners.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or related field with GMP experience.
• 4+ years in equipment and facility support in GMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and utility systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input into Utilities and Facility for Small Molecule projects.
• Oversee commissioning, qualification and validation of responsible systems.
• Start-up and troubleshoot clean and utility equipment.
• Develop and maintain procedures and preventive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate across Global Engineering to hit project milestones.
• Travel up to 5% may be required.
