Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced engineer to join our Hopewell, NJ-based facility team supporting a 24x7 GMP small molecule manufacturing operation. You will provide SME input, lead commissioning and qualification activities, and ensure reliable operation of utilities equipment.

The role requires a BS or higher in engineering, 4+ years in GMP environments, strong knowledge of HVAC, process water, gases, and calibration, plus project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or related field; GMP experience preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of equipment and facility support in a GMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Process Water, Chilled Water, Process Gases, and other utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input into Utilities and Facility for Small Molecule projects.
• Lead commissioning, qualification and validation of responsible systems.
• Start-up, troubleshoot and manage utility equipment supporting the facility.
• Develop and maintain procedures, preventive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering to meet project milestones and KPIs.
