Job summary

BeOne Medicines in Hopewell, NJ is seeking an Associate Director Maintenance to oversee a 24x7 GMP manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable operation and state of compliance. The role provides technical direction, project management support, and SME expertise in facility, maintenance, metrology, CMMS and equipment.

You will lead Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams, develop preventive maintenance plans, commission and qualify systems, and work closely with manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering or life sciences with GMP pharma experience.
• 8+ years in GMP facilities maintenance or operations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience with CMMS, Metrology, and facility maintenance.
• Demonstrated people leadership and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Metrology, CMMS, and Facilities teams.
• Develop and maintain PM plans for responsible systems.
• Commission, qualify and validate systems.
• Coordinate with external partners as needed.
• Manage building and facility assets and utilities.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead fault analysis and remediation activities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for small projects.
