• Experience leading platform adoption, change or value realization, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP FPP engagement and enablement strategy aligned with regional priorities.
• Translate patient, business and operational needs into priorities and roadmaps.
• Oversee adoption, governance and measurable outcomes across markets.
• Coordinate global, regional and market partners with clear roles and escalation paths.
• Develop a high-performing regional team with coaching and succession planning.
