Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Analytics, Business, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, strategy, or a related client‑facing analytical role; 5+ years for advanced degree holders
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering findings to executive audiences
• Strong analytical and strategic decision‑support skills; ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non‑technical audiences
• Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across therapeutic areas or stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations, drug development, or R&D processes
• Experience supporting multiple therapeutic areas or portfolios

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SABI point of contact and trusted advisor to Area heads and Clinical Field Excellence leadership
• Lead delivery of portfolio-level insights from hypothesis generation through recommendations
• Own and evolve key analytical products for Clinical Site Management (site ID/allocation models, benchmarking, enrollment scenario planning)
• Provide analytical support across global stakeholders, adapting approaches to country/region needs
• Translate emerging business needs into scoped, actionable analytical workstreams
• Influence executive decisions through tailored communication to Sr. Directors/VPs
• Identify and elevate gaps or risks within CSM functions with an analytical lens
• Collaborate with other SABI leads and CAP functions to ensure consistency
• Support priority CDO-wide initiatives with analytical and strategic input
• Provide project-based coaching to junior team members and analysts
