Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in business analytics/strategy, pharma/healthcare preferred; 5+ years for advanced degree holders.
• Proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering actionable insights to executives.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-support skills for complex business questions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; able to distill analyses for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across therapeutic areas and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analytics partner to CSM leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end insights delivery from hypothesis to recommendations for portfolio decisions.
• Own and evolve analytical products like site performance benchmarks and enrollment scenario planning.
• Provide global coverage from Americas to Europe and Intercontinental regions.
• Translate business needs into scoped, actionable analytical workstreams.
• Communicate findings clearly to Sr. Directors and VP-level audiences.
• Identify risks and governance gaps, elevating to leadership with analytical rigor.
