A&M's Corporate Performance Improvement Practice is seeking experienced consulting professionals to join our DTS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management/technology consulting or business transformation.
• Prior experience with a leading consulting firm strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables business strategy, operating models, and performance improvement.
• Excellent project and program management with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Able to build trusted relationships and communicate with senior executives and project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and concise business-focused communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with clients' strategic priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure and oversee analyses, synthesize findings, and present clear executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and executive presentations for quality and impact.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and implementation.
• Support business development, including identifying client needs, developing proposals, and participating in presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership, capability development, recruiting, and mentorship.
