Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks experienced consulting professionals to join the Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. You will partner with client leaders to translate technology and business challenges into actionable strategies, assess current environments, and develop pragmatic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 8–15+ years of relevant professional experience in management/technology consulting or related field.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and deliver clear, concise recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and day-to-day relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentoring.
