Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking experienced consulting professionals to join our Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies across transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 8–15+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or related fields.
• Prior experience with a leading consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables broader business strategy, operating model, and improvement objectives.
• Ability to assess complex business and technology challenges and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with senior executives and project teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills; executive presentations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment to execution.
• Structure analyses, synthesize findings, and present clear executive recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables, quality, and executive presentations.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to DTS practice growth through thought leadership and mentorship.
