Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• Experience in management or technology consulting, business transformation, or related field.
• Strong ability to lead complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses and present clear executive-level recommendations.
