Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks experienced consulting professionals to join our Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team in Dallas. You will partner with senior clients to translate technology and business challenges into actionable strategies, assess current environments, and craft pragmatic roadmaps for transformation.

As part of our DTS practice, you will lead workstreams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management/technology consulting, business transformation, or related field.
• Experience with leading consulting firms preferred.
• Strong ability to lead complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Excellent ability to translate business and technology challenges into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment to execution.
• Structure analyses and present clear executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and executive presentations with high quality.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships for execution excellence.
• Collaborate across business and technology to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development including proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentorship.
