Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Digital & Technology Services (DTS) team is seeking experienced consulting professionals to join our DTS practice. You will translate business and technology strategy into tangible value, leading transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

With partners and senior leaders, you will assess current environments, develop pragmatic roadmaps, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor junior staff while helping grow A&M's technology advisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or a related field.
• Prior experience with a leading consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables broader business strategy, operating model, performance improvement, and transformation objectives.
• Ability to assess complex business and technology challenges, develop structured recommendations, and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior executives, business leaders, technology leaders, and project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel as client and engagement needs require.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate into strategies.
• Assess current-state tech environments and operating models for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Structure analyses and translate findings into clear executive recommendations.
• Manage the development and quality of client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Manage project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Work collaboratively across business and technology functions, bridging strategy and execution.
• Support business development with identifying client needs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentorship.
