Job summary

Greenhill & Co., Inc., part of Mizuho Americas, seeks a Project Finance banker based in New York to originate and execute non-recourse financing for digital infrastructure projects, especially data centers. You will develop client pitches, craft financing structures, and coordinate with markets while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have an MBA/MS/LLM with quantitative skills and 7+ years in project finance, plus senior client relationship experience; base salary $250k–$275k with

Qualifications

• MBA, MS or LLM degrees with a strong quantitative background or other relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute non-recourse project finance transactions in the digital infrastructure sector.
• Lead the preparation of client marketing materials, financing proposals and transaction structures.
• Develop relationships with developers, sponsors, and strategic operators across the sector.
• Coordinate with Capital Markets (DCM, ECM, Sponsors, Ratings Advisory) to optimize financing solutions.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and oversee deal teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Education
