Geller & Company is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages across Windows and macOS environments. Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Implementation
  • Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages.
  • Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support.
Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues.
  • Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support.
Security & Compliance
  • Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards.
  • Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure.
Project & Collaboration
  • Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
  • Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

The base salary range for this position is:

$200,000 - $245,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
