Qualifications

• MBA degree pursued or completed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in advisory or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Conduct synergy analysis to identify cost savings and revenue growth.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to facilitate transitions during separations/divestitures.
• Support due diligence, including HR due diligence, with analytical insights.
• Develop strategic plans for carve-outs and IPO readiness.
• Oversee complex deal integration projects with strong project management.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver value creation strategies in M&A contexts.
• Perform market research to inform M&A strategy and decision-making.
• Guide teams in change management initiatives during organizational transformation.
• Leverage learning agility to adapt to evolving client needs and markets.
