Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) seeks a capital markets professional to support syndication, structuring and investor relations activities for the Credit & Insurance business. You will quarterback the co-invest syndication process, prepare materials for debt investors and interact with banks, rating agencies, and internal committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Capital Markets team for BXCI activities.
• Quarterback co-invest syndication, create outreach plans and investor materials.
• Prepare materials for debt investors, banks, and rating agencies.
• Coordinate with tax, legal, and internal teams on new vehicles.
• Drive AI-enabled workflow improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
