Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a senior-level Capital Markets support professional for the BXCI unit in New York. You will quarterback the co-invest syndication process, coordinate with tax and legal, maintain investor coverage, and prepare materials for multiple audiences including banks and rating agencies.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, and a keen interest in leveraging AI to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit asset management, or consulting.
• Experience in debt capital markets, credit investing, and/or structured finance/ABF markets is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, financial analysis, modeling, data management, and presentation skills.
• Experience driving processes and workflow independently while also being a strong team player.
• Motivation in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback the co-invest syndication process with strategy, outreach, diligence and deal tracking.
• Understand BXCI vehicles and collaborate with tax/legal to create new vehicles.
• Maintain coverage responsibilities for LPs and third-party investors.
• Prepare materials for debt investors, banks, co-invest clients, rating agencies, and internal committees.
• Coordinate cross-strategy processes with deal teams, legal, operations, and tax professionals.
• Organize team project pipeline and ensure opportunities, materials, and timelines are tracked.
• Collaborate with BX teams to design and implement AI-enabled tools and drive adoption.
