Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Senior Counsel - IP, Product and Privacy in the United States. The role focuses on intellectual property strategy, privacy by design, data governance, and technology risk across AI, software, hardware, and intelligent transportation initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, product, compliance and executive teams to guide high impact decisions and to protect and commercialize innovative technologies while embedding regulatory considerations into the product

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the United States.
• Experience with IP strategy and licensing.
• Experience advising on privacy-by-design and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Protect and monetize the company’s IP portfolio.
• Lead privacy program and regulatory risk management.
• Embed legal considerations into product lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on AI, cloud, hardware and transportation tech regulatory compliance.
