You will leverage pre-trial and trial experience, conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Aptitude for trying cases to a jury with proven courtroom outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy with ability to explain complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of moderate to high exposure insurance defense matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings independently.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and Claim partners.
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and support staff; lead training and updates.
